Creativity with a Cause

Tam's Trove is born out of a sheer passion for fabric and supporting the cause of upcycling fabric waste.
In 2021, we embarked on an incredible journey as a small, locally-owned business with a mission to reduce fabric waste. We firmly believe that each piece of fabric holds the potential to be transformed into something both functional and beautiful.

Our upcycled products are not only durable, versatile, and practical but also environmentally conscious. We creatively repurpose fabric scraps, giving them new shapes and patterns with techniques such as hand sewing and decoupage to produce unique, vibrant products for everyday use. Through repurposing leftover fabric, we're also dedicated to preventing environmental harm that would have resulted from discarding such scraps.

Our products are perfect for individuals who appreciate and value handmade goods, support recycling unused fabric scraps and embrace sustainable living. They add a distinctive touch of uniqueness to homes, offer a vibrant change, and revitalize living spaces.

We are thrilled to contribute our little part towards resolving a major environmental issue.

Meet the Founder

Tamseel Khan is a designer, stylist, handcrafter, and coach who has cultivated her skills and passion for fabrics since childhood. She creates unique and practical handmade products by combining her creative talents with her lifelong love for fabrics. Through techniques like hand sewing and fabric decoupage (originally a French art form), she transforms clear glass, wood, metal, and fabrics into vibrant and lively pieces.

Tamseel's journey of exploring these art forms has allowed her to introduce them to many people and expand their talent, empowering a community of crafters while supporting the upcycling of fabric waste.
about
Numerous fabric scraps go unused and end up in the trash. However, we aspire to repurpose them into stunning products rather than discard them. By purchasing our upcycled products, you can support our cause and help reduce fabric waste.
